Misunderstanding

Kept hearing some people saying that they are too stiff, too tight, too old, not suitable to practise yoga.

Dear yoga practitioners, shall you heard this kind of statement, please do share with them your journey. They may misunderstood what is yoga. Although it may be their seed for not knowing even after we explain, but we must not give up. We must continue to share with others this ancient wisdom. These are good seeds to plant.

To all my dears, you don't need to be superb flexible or superb strength as an entry pass to start the practice of this ancient wisdom. The only entry requirement is you are able to breathe in and breathe out.

You don't need to give up what you are doing now for yoga. You shall gain flexibility and strength as well as stability through practise of yoga and blend it into what you are doing now. It is call personal transformation. Your positive energy will then harmonize the surroundings and that's love begin.

It's about "self acceptance" and "happiness" which lead us to holistic way of living, shall we simplify it from "soul searching", which may sounds scary to some people.

In the corporate, shall the staffs are having regular yoga practice, it is somehow increase the company productivity.

Most important point, please don't misunderstand, it's neither wrong nor bad for not practising yoga. It's just one of the channel, an option, which can keep you happy and healthy. Namaste.

呼吸

深深缓缓吸一口气,
把心胸变宽阔,
眼界自然宽,
路自然阔;

深深缓缓呼一口气,
告诉自己从现在开始学习,
一点一点放下那些为我们的人生带来烦恼和痛苦的贪嗔痴。

要好好生活。

吸气提醒自己要坚强,
呼气提醒自己要柔韧。

Namaste.

Take a deep and slow inhalation, widen our chest, broaden our heart.
Eyesight will be wider and path will be broader;

Take a deep and slow exhalation, tell ourselves to learn from this moment on to let,
bit by bit, those greed, angers, desires, which caused worries and sorrows in our life.

Live well.

Inhale to remind ourselves be stronger;
Exhale to remind ourselves be softer.

Namaste.
