The mindful journey
Finally, we choose this Sanskrit word "Apana" as a brand new start. Apana Vayu is one of five vital energies which moves in the lower trunk controlling elimination of urine, semen and faeces.
We interprete Apana Vayu as "let go".
Just like breathing. Breathe out first, then the new air will be brought into us naturally. We must let go in order to " reborn through every breathe "!
We wish all yoga practitioner learn some lessons from the asana practise. Through practice on mat, learn how to look inwardly. Thereafter, relate the lesson into the daily life. Be mindful!
To share peace, love and light through yoga!
